Aramine Poland

After Mexico, Niger, Burkina Faso and Armenia, this strategic expansion demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of international customers and strengthening its presence on the European market.

Aramine Poland Sp. z o.o. is headed by Piotr Bąkowski, who has been an expert in the mining sector for 20 years. Employed in the mining industry from an early age, he gained his experience in a company producing mining machinery for underground mines and in the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. mines.

In 2012, he founded his own company, F.H.U. ATLAS, and supplied original spare parts to major mines such as ZGH BOLESŁAW and KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., as well as maintenance and repair services for mining machinery.

The new subsidiary, located in Przemków, in south-west Poland’s Lower Silesia voivodship, close to Polkowice and Lubin, where KGHM Polska Miedź S. A., has 200 m² of offices and almost 500 m² of workshops and warehouses. The company operates a local warehouse and a team of technicians who work in nearby mines, where they refurbish machines and components.

In the future, there are plans to set up a workshop where Aramine machines will be assembled.

Aramine Poland sp. z o.o. offers the company’s full range of products and services and operates in a territory that will certainly not be limited to the country in which it was founded.

Poland was chosen for its central location in Europe, its dynamic economy and its growing market. Thanks to its good transport infrastructure, Poland is a strategic location for exports to other countries in the European Union and beyond.

The opening of this subsidiary is an important step in the French company’s expansion strategy, enabling Aramine to build closer relationships with existing customers in Central and Eastern Europe and to explore new business opportunities.

Worldwide presence

Through its international expansion, Aramine is now present in more than 90 countries worldwide, establishing itself as a key player in the mining industry. Its global network allows to meet local demands efficiently, providing innovative and customized solutions for mining operations. From Europe to Latin America, Africa and Asia, Aramine is getting closer to its customers through its subsidiaries and strategic partners.

This international expansion strengthens our ability to offer quality services and high-performance machinery, while maintaining essential proximity to each mining market.

Headquarter

Present in the Aix-en-Provence business park since 1984, Aramine moved into its current head office in 2006, confirming its regional roots while expanding internationally.

The workshop in Gardanne, the birthplace of Aramine in 1975, is where the company began its adventure in the design and manufacture of parts and machines for the mining industry.

These two key locations illustrate the seamless synergy between the company’s tradition of local expertise and its global expansion.
